I am a Linguistics Doctoral Candidate at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). I successfully defended my dissertation, entitled English Negative Concord, Double Negation, and Negative Polarity, in June 2015. I also assist Dr. Christina Tortora in the creation of the NSF-sponsored Audio-Aligned and Parsed Corpus of Appalachian English (AAPCAppE). Click the links above for more information on these and other projects I am (or have been) involved with.
